The service
Immac Swap is a free, volunteer-run uniform exchange website for the Immacolata School community at www.immacswap.com. Visitors can browse second-hand uniform items and place a no-cost reservation to pick them up. No money changes hands on this site.
Reservations
Placing a reservation creates a temporary hold on the selected items for a configurable number of hours (typically 24-48). If the items are not picked up within that window the hold is released automatically and the items are returned to the available pool. Reservations may be cancelled, modified, or extended at the administrator's discretion. Items reserved through this site are donated second-hand goods provided "as is" with no warranty of condition, fit, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Account-free use
Visitors do not create an account and do not provide personal information beyond the optional pickup-location, pickup-time, notes, and optional mobile-number-for-SMS selections at checkout. The randomly generated reservation code (for example immac-A7K3M) is the only identifier used to look up the reservation at pickup.
Email Notifications
The site may send operational email notifications to administrators about reservation activity. Email recipients are exclusively administrators who have been added to the admin notification list. Every email includes opt-out instructions. To stop receiving emails, an administrator may remove their address from the admin panel at any time or reply to the email asking to be removed. No email information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description. By opting in to the Immac Swap SMS program, you consent to receive operational text messages about your reservation, including an opt-in confirmation request, a confirmation reply, a pickup-ready notice, and HELP/STOP responses. This is a transactional/operational program; no marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How to opt in. At checkout, enter your mobile number into the optional Mobile Number field and tick the unchecked SMS disclosure checkbox. The system will then send you a one-time SMS asking you to reply YES to confirm. Until you reply YES no further messages are sent. Site administrators opt in by entering their own number into the password-protected admin panel.
How to opt out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE to any message at any time to permanently unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message from the carrier, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.
How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to receive support information. You may also contact the Immacolata Catholic Church / Immacolata School office.
Message frequency. Fewer than 30 messages per month in total across all administrators. For an individual customer, no more than 4 messages per reservation (opt-in request, confirmation reply, pickup-ready notice, and at most one HELP/STOP-related auto-reply).
Cost. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Immac Swap charges nothing for SMS.
Delivery. Message delivery is not guaranteed. The wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported carriers. Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket.
Acceptable use
Visitors agree to use the site only for its intended purpose of arranging the legitimate pickup of donated school uniform items. Abusive use — including but not limited to placing reservations with no intent to pick up, scraping, providing a mobile number you do not own, or attempting to interfere with the site's operation — is not permitted and may result in being blocked.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any items obtained through it.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
